RE/MAX Legacy is a family owned business and our team is an extension of our family. We have owned a home in Rocky Point for 30 years and have had the franchise as a family business for almost 5. Prior to opening RE/MAX Legacy we visited Rocky Point for long week-ends and holiday vacations enjoying the sea and sand, authentic Spanish tacos, fresh fish and so much more with our family and friends. We have special memories watching our children and grandchildren grow up by the seashore in Rocky Point. We, Grant, Judy, Grant and Branden formulated the plan to open our “Legacy” sitting around a kitchen table in October 2004. We all shared “why” we wanted to do it and from there knew the “how” would come.

A “hiccup” came when Branden found out he had to go back to Iraq for another tour of duty rather than finishing his military career the beginning of 2005. Grant, Grant and I decided we would “go for it” the 3 of us for a year until Branden’s return. We opened our Mexican Corporation Legacy Partners SA DE CV and our first office in February 2005.

As partners we are dedicated to quality in what we do, pride in who we are and freedom to make a difference in the lives we touch. Our RE/MAX Legacy family is a tenacious team producing an innovative level of standards. With our family environment we create a work place that is fun and fulfilling.

Yvette, Grant “Jr’s” girlfriend, then fiancé and now wife joined us in the spring and one of our dreams came true when Grant and Yvette were married on the beach at Mayan Palace March 3, 2007. It was a “Kodak” event. The best is yet to come. Grant and Yvette are expecting their first child.

Branden came home in March of 2006 bringing with him one of Branden’s dreams his 1965 Chevy Truck. Once in Rocky Point Branden went to the University in Hermisillo for a month long emersion Spanish class. Branden’s second dream was about to come true. He met Reyna Molina, his future bride, the woman he’d been waiting for all his life. On October 13, 2007 Branden and Reyna had a traditional Spanish wedding in the church where Reyna’s parents were married in Matepa, Mexico.
